I ran around and played some sports at a law school vs pharmacy school field day, and my back was hurting the next day. Jackson saw me limping around and said, "Daddy, you poop your pants?"
We were talking about how ladybugs bite sometimes and Sydney jumped in to their defense and said, "No! Ladybugs are our friends! We play with them!"
I think there were a flock of birds that landed on the roof rails of my truck, because the whole thing was covered in bird poop, but there was none on Keresa's car, and none on the ground. So I was washing it, and Sydney came outside to play. She called back to the house, "He's out here Mom! He's washing his poopy truck!"
We found out baby #3 is on the way. Funny how your plans can change from dead set on 'we're done' to 'yeah, let's try for another.' Sydney says if it’s a boy she'll name him Wall-E, and if it’s a girl she'll name her Eva.
We also had our five-year anniversary. We replaced our broken microwave. We got some little stuff for each other. We went out to McDonalds without the kids and had some hot cocoa and held hands for a while.

Sometimes spouses (spousii?) write cutsie notes to each other. I think traditionally they use the wife's eyebrow pencil and write on the mirror. We have done that from time to time. Sometimes I'll remotely connect to Keresa's computer while I'm at school and write some note on her screen. I read in a magazine this newest technique though: use a sharpie to write on toilet paper, then tear it long enough so it could span the bowl. Drop it in the toilet carefully and it will float with both ends touching the sides. Then you have a romantic and sick love note for wifee poo (no pun intended).
